Delroy and Jane Thielke of Hancock, Minnesota have mentored youth participating in 4-H for 40 years! When asked why they still invest in 4-H today, they said, “It teaches youth responsibility, respect, hard work, and teamwork.” Delroy and Jane have a strong passion for helping and teaching youth about agriculture, specifically the swine industry. Both were involved in 4-H, where they showed a variety of livestock and static projects, as well as participated in community service projects and served on many leadership teams.
