Funeral services for John Stephens of Alexandria, formerly of Morris, Minnesota, were held Saturday, September 9, 2023 at 10:30 a.m. at Assumption Catholic Church in Morris. Visitation was one hour prior to the service at the church. Burial will be held at a later date at St. Mary’s Cemetery in Watertown, SD. He is survived by his wife: Dianne Stephens of Alexandria; daughter: Kimberly (Dave) Cook of Rochester; son: Brent (Lexi) Stephens of Elkhorn, NE; five grandchildren; and three siblings: Susie (Gary) Thorson of Ogallala, NE, James (Roxanne) Stephens of Rapid City, SD and Becky (Jimmie) Thompson of Burleson, TX.
