The City of Morris will be transferring $250,000 of the Federal CARES Act funds they received to Stevens County. The purpose of the transfer is to build up a fund the County has established to give out grants to county businesses, including businesses in Morris.
“If we are not going to spend it,” City Manager Blaine Hill said. “Let’s give it back to the businesses so they have it now.”
