A tribute to area high school senior spring athletes
The Hancock Owl baseball team had four seniors on the 2020 roster: Daniel Milander, Gideon Joos, Parker Schmidgall, and Colton Crowell.
Comment from head coach Chad Christianson: Coming into this season we were very optimistic (as are most teams). We graduated three players off of last year’s team, but had many returning starters around the diamond. All of these seniors have put a lot of time into all or their sports including baseball and will be greatly missed. With the announcement of Legion Baseball being canceled this year, I hope they all get a chance to get back on the diamond. These young men are very determined and will be very successful in their future plans. I want to thank them for the time that they have put into Hancock Baseball, many of our younger players owe much of their success to the four of you. Thank you.
